We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive. The ideal candidate has a history of new customer/logo acquisition, achieving sales quota, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
 
This is a hybrid in-office/work-from-home position with travel requirements nationwide.
 
Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Be a key member of the Sales team to scale Luminance in a greenfield territory

  • Prospect accounts creating outbound generated pipeline and qualifying inbound leads

  • Establish and work with partners in your territory.

  • Oversee and grow Luminance’s relationships with our large international client base.

  • Understand the client’s business and develop strategies and processes to increase the use of Luminance within each organization

  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Sales team to develop a strategy that exceeds quota and achieves KPI consistency

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, awe-inspiring sales and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance and significant extracurricular/internship involvement

  • Sales experience in a position requiring prospecting and/or cold outreach

  • Articulate, motivated self-starter with a focus on over-quota performance

  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

  • Experience selling to the mid-market and enterprises

  • Experience with sales technology, including Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and CRM tools

  • Proven hunter background with a track record of success

  • Strong C-level/board-level communications skills

  • Willingness to travel to accounts across the territory

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance

  • Good business acumen, experience with contracts and pricing

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup

  • Hunger and passion for outbound sales

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A desire for relationship building

  • Strong sales process discipline

  • Familiarity with the enterprise legal industry
