The Senior Director - Finance will play a crucial role in the formulation and execution of our financial strategy, harmonizing with our bold company vision. This position will involve close collaboration with executive leadership to ensure financial plans are robust, strategic, and align with our expansion objectives. The successful candidate will lead the financial oversight of various business units, secure funding for growth initiatives, and ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial direction and insights, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Supporting multiple Business Line Leaders in the financial analysis of their business with scenario modelling and pricing sensitivity analysis.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Funding Strategies: Identify and secure funding opportunities to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

  • Risk Management: Implement robust financial controls and risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s assets.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory financial requirements. Build and present with leadership board level output needed to guide the business through growth.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with investors, board members, and financial institutions.

  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company’s growth.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with other senior leaders to drive operational and strategic decisions from a financial perspective.
