Summary:
The Business Line / Value Stream Leader oversees the strategic and operational direction for one or more of our product line categories within our vibrant marketplace. This pivotal role encompasses defining the success metrics for their value stream(s), owning the profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and playing a crucial role in shaping the marketplace's future. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a collaborative spirit to drive innovation and growth across our offerings.

Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide the strategic vision and operational execution of product lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Partnership Development and Contract Negotiation: Strong skills in identifying strategic partnership opportunities, negotiating partner contracts, and fostering long-term relationships that support business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully brought to market.
Market Insight and Customer Focus: Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, leveraging insights to inform product development and positioning.
Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, with a keen focus on maximizing profitability and controlling costs
Responsibilities:
Strategic and Operational Management: Lead the strategic planning and operational oversight of assigned product line categories, setting and achieving success metrics that drive growth and innovation.
P&L Ownership: Manage the financial performance of the value stream(s), including revenue growth strategies and cost management to enhance profitability.
Drive Partnership Agreements: Actively seek and secure strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts that are aligned with business objectives and enhance our market position.
Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technology, to ensure cohesive and effective implementation of strategies.
Marketplace Influence: Utilize insights from the value stream(s) and market analysis to inform broader marketplace strategy, contributing to the evolution of business models and competitive positioning.
